Abstract | Insurance is the basis of human survival to lead a secured life in any society and the standard of living of people is reflected by the availability of good insurance facilities related to human security and risk coverage. Customer satisfaction is basis of building the quality services of the insurance system operating in any society. A satisfied customer is the basis for building good sustainable models to operate in the society. The insurance industry in India has witnessed several regulatory changes in the last few decades. The impact of technology has changed landscape of serving the clients in the insurance sector where the competition has become intense and retaining the clients is important for the survival of insurance business companies. The government is playing an important role in enhancing the facilities for the benefit of the people so they can run good business systems to develop the economy. Insurance systems are the basis for the development of secured society so that the people can live a life of respect and dignity. The basic objective of this paper is to design the strategic framework for enhancing customer satisfaction for insurance sector of the state of Jammu and Kashmir. |
